Fibreglass is made of glass which is heated up until it melts, and then forced through micro tiny holes in order to become very thin fibres. These fibres are afterwards woven together to a mat.
Fibreglass is used as a strength giving material for the manufacturing of light and very strong composite – GRP (e.g. Glass Reinforced Plastic).
Fibreglass can be used in different ways and combinations. For more inspiration please have a look at our product portfolio or read more about our recent cases: The Andersen Chair, Lifeguard Tower and Composite Stairs for Offshore.
