The three unique buildings at Kvadrat's has now been completed, and thus Ebeltoft has got a new State of the Art landmark. Not only is the construction exceptionally beautiful and solidly executed, it is also unique, because there is nothing like it in the whole world.
The project includes 3 adjoined buildings, where it has been Dansk Polyglas A/S's task to manufacture a facade cladding for one, a A4 paper-like roof for another and a cardboard plate-like for the third and all in composite.
The architectural expression is made by the well-known London-based architectural firm Caruso St John in colla-boration with the famous German artist Thomas Demand. "It has been an exquisite pleasure to work with world-renowned Caruso St John, because in their world nothing is impossible, it just takes a little longer, which we at Dansk Polyglas A/S completely agree with", says Kurt Nielsen CEO. director and co-owner of Dansk Polyglas A/S.
